LICENSE TO USE MATERIALS
The Alliance grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, temporary license to use Materials, which includes the right to download and/or print individual pages of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. Teachers may also reproduce and distribute content from the Site for classroom use only. The Alliance may limit or revoke your license to use any Material at any time if you fail to comply with this Agreement, or for any other reason. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Unites States and the State of Florida without regard to that state's principles of conflicts of laws. By using this Site you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts presiding in Tallahassee, Florida, agree to accept service of process by mail and waive any and all jurisdictional and venue defenses otherwise available. This Site is controlled and operated by the Alliance from its offices within the United States. The Alliance makes no representation that Materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own volition and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
